Balloons By Lyn was the Quad Citie's 2nd Balloon Company to come into business in 1981 when the big balloon delivery and decoration boom hit the U.S. Now, 23 years later, Balloons By Lyn is still in business and is one of the few businesses in the area that decorates large spaces like hotels, foot races, stores and malls. We've decorated in Iowa City, Muscatine, Clinton, Cedar Rapids, St. Louis and in all the Quad City areas!
